Warranty Exclusions

2. Software License Agreement (Biosignals Studio)
The Biosignals Studio software and any other software we provide are governed by our Software License Agreement. By downloading, installing, or using the software, you agree to comply with the terms of the license.
License Terms
- Non-exclusive, non-transferable license: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your device. The license is limited to personal and professional use only.
- Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code from the software. The software cannot be used for unlawful purposes or modified without prior written permission.
- Updates and Modifications: We reserve the right to update the software, add new features, or modify the license terms at our discretion. You will be notified of any significant changes through the software or via email.
