How to request a Proforma invoice?
If you require a Proforma invoice for purchase authorizations (e.g., Financial or Procurement Departments), follow these steps:
Steps to Request a Proforma Invoice:

Create a User Account:
- If you don't already have an account, create one on our website to proceed with your order.

Add Products to Cart:
- Select the products you need and add them to your shopping cart.

EU VAT Validation (if applicable):
- For EU customers, input your VAT number in the EU VAT Id Validator during checkout. Non-EU customers can skip this step.

Shipping and Billing Addresses:
- Provide accurate shipping and billing addresses to avoid any delays in the processing of your Proforma invoice.

Select "Proforma" as Your Payment Method:
- On the payment method page, choose "Proforma" as the preferred option. This ensures that the invoice will be generated and sent to you before any payment is processed.

Review and Submit Your Order:
- Click "Order Now" to submit your request. Our Operations team will review your order, and if everything is in order, you will receive the Proforma invoice (which serves as the final price) via email.
Awaiting Payment Confirmation:
- Your order will remain on hold until we receive payment confirmation or any additional information needed from your procurement team.
Track Your Order:
- You can track the status of your Proforma invoice in the "My Orders" section in your account.
Important Notes:
- Please note that Proforma invoices represent the final price of your order. Therefore, it is not necessary to request a separate quotation for the same products.
- Discounts or promotions applied at the time of requesting the Proforma invoice are subject to expiration. If there is a delay in confirming the purchase, the discount may no longer be valid, and a new Proforma invoice with updated terms will be required.
- If any changes are needed after the Proforma invoice has been issued, they are subject to review. For significant adjustments, we recommend canceling the existing request and submitting a new one via our website.
